Join Chef Josh Raine this July for an exciting month of food, cocktails and wine. After an impressive six-year tenure as the Executive Chef at Tetsuya’s - a renowned Sydney fine dining establishment - he is flying solo to bring you this month-long pop-up at The Bluedoor in Surry Hills.

The menu, which is inspired by his many travels around the world, is a six course degustation that masterfully draws on his training in classical French cooking technique and Japanese respect for quality ingredients.
